Mobile Order
A Guide to Using Mobile Order at Walt Disney World
When you’re spending your day soaking in all the magic of Walt Disney World, the last thing you want to do is stand in a long food line when hunger strikes. That’s where Mobile Order comes in — Disney’s convenient way to order food and beverages right from your phone using the My Disney Experience app.
This feature saves time, reduces stress, and helps you get back to the fun faster — and once you know how it works, you’ll never go back to waiting in line again!
What Is Mobile Order?
Mobile Order is a feature built into the My Disney Experience app that allows you to browse menus, customize your meal, and pay for your food at most quick-service restaurants throughout Walt Disney World Resort.
When your order is ready, you’ll simply tap “I’m here, prepare my order,” and pick it up at a designated Mobile Order window — no waiting at the counter!
How To Use Mobile Order Step-by-Step
Open the My Disney Experience app.
Tap the “+” icon at the bottom of the screen and select Order Food.
Choose your restaurant.
You can browse by park, resort, or nearby locations. The app will show available pickup windows for each restaurant.
Select your arrival time.
Some busy spots fill up quickly during peak meal hours, so consider placing your order early — you can schedule pickup times in advance!
Build your meal.
Browse the menu, customize your selections (like “extra cheese” or “no onions”), and add items to your cart.
Pay through the app.
You can use a credit card, debit card, Disney Gift Card, Disney Dining Card, or even charge to your resort room if you’re a Disney Resort guest.
Let them know when you’ve arrived.
Once you’re at the restaurant during your arrival window, tap “I’m Here, Prepare My Order” in the app.
Pick up your food and enjoy!
The app will notify you when your order is ready. Follow the signs to the Mobile Order Pickup window to grab your meal.
Genie Travel Tip
Plan your meal times strategically! Mobile Order windows can fill up fast during peak lunch hours (like 11:30 AM–1:00 PM). Consider ordering earlier in the morning and setting a pickup window for later. You’ll thank yourself when your food is ready just as everyone else is waiting in line.
